1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a star package (HIM, HER, or LOVE BIRDS) from ZERIAC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are intended for personal, symbolic gifting purposes only.
2. Symbolic Nature of Gift
The star registration provided by ZERIAC is **symbolic**. Scientific naming of stars is exclusively managed by the International Astronomical Union (IAU). ZERIAC provides a unique record in our private Celestial Database and a commemorative certificate for sentimental value.
3. Orders & Customization
Customers are responsible for providing the correct spelling of names and dates for the certificates. Once a certificate is printed or the digital record is generated, any changes may incur additional fees.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free home delivery (approximately within 30 hours). However, delivery times may vary based on location or unforeseen logistical issues. ZERIAC is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
5. Refund & Cancellation
Due to the highly customized nature of our products (framed certificates, personalized star books, and jewelry), orders cannot be canceled once the production/customization process has started.
6. Intellectual Property
All website designs, star maps, and branding elements are the property of ZERIAC. Reproduction or commercial use of our star map technology or certificate designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.
